 I made a chilli version of a pineapple upside down this Summer for a Chilli Festival here in the UK. Only mixed sweet chilli with golden syrup and boiled for 2 minutes. Then, while still hot, I poured onto my pineapple upside down cake. It was very tasty and an interesting combination. :)]]></description>
