I have seen the moon cakes. They are really something special. I have so many plans in my head but maybe one day I will try and bake some moon cakes.

I like all of them except American Cake Decorating. It doesn’t have much as far as tutorials and so so articles. But that could just be me. And it is really small and pretty pricey.

Hi Louise ~ I can tell you that I have all the magazines above except for the latest of Cakes and Sugarcrafts, above, which I cannot find American Cake Decorating is a pretty good magazine. They have photos and how to tutorials, which are great. Now for Cake Central Magazine ~ there magazine is very colorful, thick glossy pages with lots of cake, but that’s it. For many months now, they have not published another magazine because they claim problems with the printing company. Until they get their issues resolved, if it ever does, I do NOT recommend you putting in a for a subscription. If you can borrow a copy, that is the best way to go before making a decision. ~ Diana

Jeg har læst Cake centrals magazine og de er ganske flotte. Men jeg havde så mange problemer med at få tilsendt bladet, at jeg til sidst bad om at få mine penge igen. Jeg havde et abonnement på American cakes og det kom kun 2 ud af 12 gange. Så jeg er ikke fan af de amerikanske blade. Jeg abonnerer også på Cakes and Sugarcraft og Wedding cakes og dem har jeg ingen leveringsproblemer med.

I am also a US subscriber to Cake Central, but not for much longer. The purblishing difficulties and lack of communication have been rather irritating. And while the pretty pictures are plentiful, I’ve found it to be lacking a bit on instruction and technique articles. Recently, I began subscribing to American Cake Decorating and I’m much happier with its content. I know the UK has some amazing cake and sugarcraft magazines, but unfortunately they’re cost prohibitive to me here in the US.

I subscribed to cake central magazine end of 2010 and am yet to receive a single copy. So it seems I threw money in the water by subscribing to that magazine. I am getting two magazines from Squires which i have been getting no problem you have them posted here cant wait to get my August

I love Cake Central magazine. The pictures are beautiful, the tutorials are informative and easy to understand. Unfortuntately, the there have been problems with the publisher of this magazine and it has not been arriving with regularity. I believe now the next issue will arrive in the winter! This is a new magazine so they are trying to iron out the problems.

Thank you so much for posting these magazines, in the US, they are sooo expensive and these are so perfect for what I am interested in. I ordered a couple, and cannot wait to sit down and page through them, I am sooo excited!
