It is time for CakeJournal’s favourites again, so let’s just jump in.

Cake pop’s are here to stay and with this little sweet mould, you can quick and easy make cute cupcake pop’s. I would love to get my hands on that mould, it will be a great little helper to have in my kitchen. You can read more about the Cupcake Pop Mould on My Little Cupcake and make sure to see the adorable video tutorial too.

I have decide, that I want to work more, with sugar flowers. So I have bought the book: Sugar Flowers For Beginners by Paddi Clark. I have only been looking briefly in the book, but I am already inspired to make some of the flowers in the book. Especially the Magnolia, Sweet Pea, Tulip and Cherry Blossoms have caught my eyes. Let’s see how it goes…

There are so many wonderfull books about sugar flowers. If you have another sugar flower book, that you think are great, please leave me a comment. You can find this book in my bookstores: UK and US

My last February favourite are of course Macarons. Who cannot love the little sweet french confection? I have been really hooked, so a book about macarons is needed on my bookshelf. I think that this book: Mad About Macarons by Jill Colonna will be my next book purchase. It will be fun to try out new flavours. Also available in my bookstores: UK and US

Happy Caking!

I am always amazed at how you can come up with such wonderful ideas week after week. I especially loved the way you made your rose peony flowers. I have been searching all over the internet to find the cutters like the ones you use. Have you got a place to purchase them?

That cupcake mould is adorable but I wonder if it’d be more trouble than it’s worth or messy. I’d totally try it out though.

It just says you can’t order out of the U.S. directly from her. You can probably find a retail outlet through her site & order from them. Good luck!
