Hi jenny!

You can make it by using a simple vanilla basic cupcake recipe. Just dont add the vanilla but add the zest of 1 lemon and the juice from it. Then stir in 2 tbsp Lemon courd. Top them with a marshmallow frosting (seven-minute frosting)You can Google both vanilla cupcakes & the frosting.

If you cant buy online then you should be able to find cupcake books at your local book store. maybe the can get it home if you ask them?

I am a fan of your site, even though I have just recently come across it, I constantly find myself coming back! I really want to become a great pastry chef, and I'm trying to learn, but the process for me is going slow because I don't have many opportunities to learn. I really want to make that cupcake that you've posted up there, but I cant find that book and I don't have a credit card to purchase online.. Is that book only available online?
