I have recently bought some new cookie cutters and I was so happy that I finally found the teapot cookie cutters, I think their shape reminds me of the madhatter’s tea party. I found them on ebay.

The dragon fly is for my insect cutter collection and the car is so close to the car cookies. I did earlier this year, only this one is smaller.

So now there is no excuse anymore! I have to make some cookies soon….

I also wanna show you some adorable pink cupcakes that I made the other day. They are covered in sweet pink poured fondant with small roses on top. I myself had two with a nice cup of tea.

Thanks so far for the Halloween cake ideas you have sent me, please send more:)

Happy Caking!

    Hi Louise,
First of all I must tell you that all your creations are simply wonderfull!! I just discovered your blog, so I am still discovering new stuff.
secondly, I wanted to ask you about the cookies: Do you cut out the shapes in rolled fondand and put them on the cookie?? it turns out so delicate. Do you put some cream in between?? I only knew about glazing with royal icing for cookies up until now…
    thanks
    Ronit

    Hi Linda.

Thank you so much. I really like those simple cupcakes with poured fondant too. Poured fondant taste like fondant or royal icing. I actually dont know if you could use MMF instead? I buy my fondant from AlmondArt.com its called “white fondant” and is not like sugar paste its more sticky.

I think you would make just as beautiful cookies like you do cupcakes. I SO love your style.

Well I am fine & busy like always
    :-)

    Btw your blog is great.

Mange hilsner fra din danske ven Louise.

Oh, Louise, those cupcakes look so romantic and classy! I love them! I have to try that poured fondant! How does it taste though, the fondant? I´m not so keen on the sugarpaste I cover my cakes with, is it the same? Can I use mmf? well, gorgeous!

You are so inspiring´… I really want to try making cookies aswell! Have to get cutters and a good recope though ;-)

I hope everything is well with you!
