Gelatin sheets are not expensive, well at least not here in Denmark. I buy a packet with 10 sheets and there are enough for 2 houses depending on how big the house and how many windows it has.

Ooh! I have been thinking of trying gelatin sheets. Were they expensive? How difficult was it to work with?

Hi Kathy, due to problems with the comment I have not been able to answer before now. Sorry! I don’t have templates for the gingerbread houses. I have used a template from Martha Stewart and made my own template from that. I do hope that I can add a template for next Christmas I just need someone to do it for me as I don’t know how to do it.
