These tips are nice to remember though we were taught most of these by our mums growing up..it best to get a refresher once in a while.

Much appreciated. 

PS love the Turkey Baster tip for the egg yolk. My 12 year old son showed me a nifty trick with an empty plastic water bottle to separate the egg yolk.]]></description>
