No Bake Cake Pop Recipe and Instructions

No Bake Cake Pops

Today I want to share with you a no bake cake pop recipe!  I guess technically these would not be “cake” pops… since I make them with sandwich cookies (Oreos to be specific), so maybe I should call them no bake cookie pops?   What do you think?

Regardless, if you want to make “cake pops” quickly without having  to bake a cake first, then this is an easy, fast and delicious alternative… no bake cake pops!

You only need 3 ingredients and you can have them made in 30 minutes or less.  For these cake pops, I used Oreo sandwich cookies, but but you could also use generic vanilla sandwich cookies or peanut butter sandwich cookies or any sandwich cookie that you like – the sky is the limit!

I didn’t take pictures for this recipe, but if you aren’t familiar with making cake pops, you can see step-by-step pictures of me dipping cake pops on this How to Make Spring Flowers Cake Pop post.

So let’s get started!!

*If you don’t have a food processor you can place the cookies in a zip top bag and crush them with a rolling pin or meat cleaver.  Then cube the cream cheese and mush it into the crumbs, mixing and kneading until a firm dough comes together.

Could you dip them in melted chocolate instead of the almond bark? I love this idea my mum won’t let me make cake pops as it is too “messy” but she said I could make these!!
