I made the cutest red green and white icebox cookies for christmas and colored the dough with regular liquid food coloring. I made the regular dough, separated it into thirds, than returned 1/3 to the mixer and added the coloring and also flavoring.
Hi Louise,
I too was quite amazed at the crisp edges of your cookies. As someone already posted my cookies always spread, and I do hope you'll share the recipe or technique you used to achieve this impeccable look on your cookies.
Kudos!

Ciao Louise, how are you? A while ago I asked you if it was possible to make green colouring with spirulina, well, I have been doing it for a while now, and I also tried to colour rolling fondant. I made a frog on a lily pad (the lily coloured with berry juice) and would love your comment. it is here https://alessandrazecchini.blogspot.com/2010/10/senza-parole-without-words.html

thank you and ciao
