					<description><![CDATA[Many thanks for your posts. I love them and wait eagerly for them. I live miles/kilometers away from a big city (100&#039;s) and rely on internet and emails for knowledge.
Could you please tell me how to avoid cake pops from cracking? I have tried, not too hot chocolate, not too cold pops, and still am not wining. The pops always look so amazing in photographs,,,,I know we don&#039;t always see the mistakes. Is this normal to expect some of them to crack.
