I made this as a two- tiered wedding cake for my cousin (groom). I used the banana with the red color peel (the best type of banana for the cake I believe) and cream cheese frosting for the cake. I also added walnuts. It was gone within minutes! The bride’s guests requested to see me so they can shake my hand and tell me personally how yummy the cake is. ^_^
