This is what I told Shannon… I’ll just cut and paste 🙂 I’m not sure how to describe the taste except for super delicious!! The texture is almost identical to peanut butter but it tastes like cookies or maybe a little like graham crackers. I know that Trader Joe’s has their own brand of cookie butter and I know you can order it online if you’d like to try it! It’s on Amazon here: https://amzn.to/GYGa2j

I’m with Shannon up here in Canada but way over on the east coast. I’ve never heard of cookie butter before. Please tell me more!

I’ve live in Alberta, Canada – and have never heard of cookie spread – what does it taste like? i am going to try this with Peanut butter – but you have me very curious about the cookie spread!! Thanks for sharing.
