I have enjoyed myself in the kitchen baking sweet Petit Fours. Inside the Petit Fours is a traditional vanilla pound cake. I have used a recipe from Martha Stewart for the purple Petit Four icing. I found it really good to work with.
The Petit Fours are decorated with small Easter eggs and mini daffodils, that I have made out of gum paste.
They were almost too pretty to eat. Happy Easter to all of you!
Happy Caking!
Louise

Sorry, I know this is very late.
