Best oatmeal dessert recipes

Oatmeal makes me happy. I love it for breakfast, for snacks, and even sometimes for dinner. I also love it in sweet treats, like the NINE you see below!

Oatmeal can make bars chewier, cupcakes more moist, and just add that heartiness factor that makes a dessert even more delicious. How do you like your oatmeal?
