The holiday season is pretty much here and that means we are all busy buying gifts for our loved ones.

How about giving customized wall decals to someone special?! 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of using Wise Decor’s wall decals. And I loveeeee them!

That decal you see above is the customized design that I got for the kitchen at my place… I think it’s awesome and Wise Decor did a beautiful job designing it!

And they are even giving a wall decal away to ONE OF YOU!

They have a HUGE selection to chose from and if you can’t find something you are looking for, you can make your OWN customized design with sayings or quotes of your choice in any color or font you want! Isn’t that the best thing ever?!

I have used many wall decal brands and honest to goodness, Wise Decor’s quality is wayyyyy more superior than any brand I have used. Their wall decals are very easy to apply, which is not the case at all with decals I have used before. Most decals have been so difficult to apply that it’s taken me an hour or more just to get them to look right.

I received my package only a few days after placing my order and  everything was packed very nicely and nothing was missing.

In my box, I had a roll of my wall decals, a squeegee tool, instructions and invoice.

Since my decal was big, I had 2 rolls and they were even labeled so that I know which one goes on the wall first.

They even included a small wall decal to practice before moving onto sticking the main decal on the wall.

After playing around with my practice decal and figuring out everything which was really quite straight-forward, I got to work…

And my decal was up on the wall in about 15 minutes!!!!! Yayyy!

This is what you need to do…

Start off by wiping your wall with a clean cloth. This ensures that the decal sticks properly to the wall.

Then, stick a masking tape as a guideline where you want the top edge of your decal. Make sure it’s straight using a leveler. In the instructions, they recommended using a pencil and ruler to make guidelines but I like using a tape and leveler since it’s more accurate.

Open the decal roll and place it on a table. Start peeling the backing paper …

And then slowly peel it off completely.

Now, gently pick this up and stick it onto your wall with some tape.
Use the masking tape that we applied earlier as a guideline.

Use the squeegee tool to rub over the lettering. Work from the center out. This ensure that the letters stick to the wall properly.

Carefully and slowly, peel off the transfer paper to reveal your lettering.

And TA-DA!!!!

Now, do the same thing again for your other roll and stick it at the bottom of this portion.

Then, step back and admire your wall decal 😀

Seriously, the easiest wall decal I have ever put up at my house!!!!

I especially like the fact that it doesn’t look like a sticker with that ugly plastic showing around the lettering.

If you don’t know what I mean, let me show you something…

This is a decal from ANOTHER brand that I have in my kitchen and do you see the arrows pointing at that ugly plastic outline?! Eeks!

Well then, take a look at a close-up of these gorgeous wall decals from WISE DECOR.

Look at where my arrows are pointing and you will see NO ugly plastic outline.

These decals look so professional as if they have been painted on my walls with skilled painter hands!
