Best Brownie Recipes from Around the Web

by Louise 6 Comments

Earlier this week, I was craving a brownie. Not just any brownie, but one that’s dense, moist, melt-in-your-mouth, and extremely fudgy. I finally found that perfection I had been wanting all day long from a local NYC bakery, and I was in heaven.

Unfortunately, I can’t share the love from the actual brownie, but I can share 16 delicious brownie recipes to inspire some weekend baking!

Brownie recipes

Brownie Recipes:

1: These Gluten Free Avocado Brownies look so “normal!” The toppings alone are enough to entice me… Toasted coconut and pecans? Yum! I know I’ll be making these in the weeks ahead. I really like that these are such a healthy alternative to a typically rich and fudgy dessert.

2: This recipe for Oreo Stuffed Brownies {with Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting} came to me one night while laying in bed. I was thinking about new recipes to try for a work dinner, but also wanted to keep it easy because I didn’t have much time that afternoon to put something together. These really are incredibly simple {hello, box mix!}, and come together in about 30 minutes total! You won’t want to miss out on this PB + chocolate combo!

3: Snickers Ice Cream Brownie Bites are perfectly refreshing treat for the last few weeks of summer. They’re semi-homemade, too, which makes them even better for being able to soak up the remaining hours of daylight!

4: These Fudgy Raspberry Brownies offer such a delicious combination. Raspberry pie filling swirled into the chocolate brownies keeps the brownies really moist and flavorful.

5: The cookie dough in these layered Cookie Dough Brownies looks absolutely heavenly! I’d happily eat just the cookie dough, but okay, fine, I’ll eat them both together 🙂 So tasty!

6: I love that there are Reese’s Pieces in this Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake. You can serve it in individual pieces just like brownies, too!

7: If I had to pick a cake flavor, it would be Funfetti. Time and time again. That’s why I love these Funfetti Brownie Cones! So cute, and so perfect for a mini sweet treat. Everyone is sure to love the colorful sprinkles topping these off!

8: These Chocolate Coconut Brownies look so rustic {especially with the coconut sprinkled on top}, like something you’d find made fresh on a Saturday afternoon in the countryside. I love coconut anything, which is why I think this recipe sounded so delicious.

9: Samoa M&M Brownies combine so many wonderful things! This is such a unique take on the classic brownie recipe, and it totally works. Mix up the colors of the M&Ms to match whatever season, holiday, or event you are celebrating!

10: This recipe for Dark Chocolate Toffee Brownie Brittle really caught my eye, because I had never seen anything like it. I love crunchy brittle, and think that this brownie brittle sounds delectable! Pack it for a road trip snack, hiking trip, or picnic, because you don’t need to worry about it getting squished!

11: These Nutty Brownie Bites are perfect for nut lovers! Rich and full of nuts, these are a perfect sweet and salty combination.

12: This recipe for Triple Chocolate Brownies is a classic. Fudgy, dense, and so chocolatey. You can’t go wrong!

13: These German Chocolate Brownies combine so many of my favorite things, and I love the spread on top. These would be perfect for a dinner party or cold winter’s night indoors!

14: White Chocolate Brownies are a new take on an old classic. I really like the chunks of both white chocolate and regular chocolate chips to add a little color to the brownies!

15: Coconut Mocha Brownies would be the perfect treat for coffee lovers! Serve warm in the morning with a steaming cup of coffee and the newspaper. A perfect breakfast in my book!

16: Fudgy Minty Swirl Brownies are a current obsession of mine. I’m not sure why, but probably because it’s been so hot in the city, and anything minty sounds refreshing. These brownies are swirled with a delicious minty goodness, and they are just sinfully amazing!

How do you like your brownies? Plain? Nutty? Extra chocolatey? Let us know below!
