One of my favorite cookies to make on Halloween are these cream filled sassy spider cookies. These cookies are great to make with any leftover Halloween candy you don’t know what to do with.
They are just so darn adorable and they would look even cuter if you put them on top of a cupcake 😀
To make these cookies, you will need the following ingredients and supplies:
- Cream filled cookies (Oreos, Nutter butter e.t.c)
- Twizzler vines
- Red licorice strips
- Melted chocolate
- m&m candies
- Colorful sprinkles
- Scissors
These are the instructions:
Step 1:
Use scissors to cut Twizzler vines into 1.5 inch long pieces.
Each spider will need 6 of these pieces.
Step 2:
Separate your cream filled cookie.
Pour some melted chocolate in the center of the creamy side.
Arrange the Twizzler vine legs along the sides of the cookie.
Step 3:
Use scissors to cut out a small tongue piece out of red licorice strips.
Step 4:
Stick the tongue piece on top of the melted chocolate.
Step 5:
Place the other half of the cookie on top of all this.
Press gently so that everything sticks properly.
Step 6:
Pour some melted chocolate on top of the cookie now.
Step 7:
Dip the chocolate covered side face down into a bowl of sprinkles.
Step 8:
Use very little melted chocolate to stick two m&m candy eyes on top of all the sprinkles.
And you are done!
Well, that’s all for today.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
Happy caking everyone! 😀
