Updating the tutorials

by Louise 26 Comments

I just wanted to let you all know that I am working on updating the tutorials. So far I have updated two of my tutorials with new photos and a little text editing:

How to decorate cookies with rolled fondant
How to make a turtle cake topper

Whenever Im not making new cakes or work on new tutorials, I will be updating the “old” as I go. For those of you who are new to my site, please do make sure that you visit my tutorial page. There are a lot of great things to learn.

Happy Caking!

Louise

    1. Please teach me how to cover a tiered cake with fondant.
    2. Do you cover the cake with buttercream before covering with fondant? How do you do that? Won’t it make the fondant cover looks ‘lumpy’?

    Thank You.

Love your site. Recently made a cake for a dear friend and used your tutorial for the fantasy flower (my first) I posted my cake on CC and had wonderful comments. I am not a professional…just bake and give as “gifts of love” to friends/family. Thank you for your wonderful site and fabulous tutorials. Sweet Blessings, GrammeCakes
